"A few years after Molly helped us buy our dream home at the time, we realized with a 7-month puppy and a baby on the way, it was time to upgrade to a single-family home with a yard. We were hoping to find a neighborhood that was more family-oriented with easily walkable areas but still feels like we lived in the city. We knew that was a challenging task as there aren’t many areas like that in Denver and those areas are very sought after! Molly showed us houses in our price range across many different neighborhoods to show us what our house would look like in each ‘hood. This really helped us hone in on what our priorities were. We knew it was an extra step for her to have to cast such a wide net, but it was extremely helpful by educating us on the market in different areas. We fell in love with Berkeley and the real search was on. Molly was so quick to learn about listings and get us into the homes first which was necessary for the market!. We found a house we loved with a great yard walking distance from Tennyson and 32nd street. It was big and spacious and felt like a home we could grow a family in. Molly helped us negotiate the contract as there were other people putting in offers as well. We won out in the end at the price we were hoping for and we love our home and our neighborhood! Almost 3 years later Molly still checks in on us making sure we love our house and helping support our decision. We are so lucky she has been our broker as she really cares about our successes and happiness in our home."

"We were looking to purchase our first home so we obviously had a bit of anxiety and a lack of knowledge about the market and the procedure. Molly helped guide us through the process and explained every little detail to us in a way that was easy to understand. We were very particular about what we wanted and we knew it was going to be a challenge to find the amenities we wanted in the area we wanted but we sent Molly out to try! A home came on the market and online it looked perfect, we were out of town and afraid we were going to miss our opportunity a similar home next door just sold a few weeks earlier in under 4 days. Instead of waiting for us to get back to Denver, Molly went to the home that day and took videos of the entire home to send to us and show interest in the property, and scheduled a showing on our way home from the airport. We loved the home, the inspection company she recommended was extremely thorough and communicative, the mortgage broker she suggested was also extremely helpful and great to work with. Molly negotiated our contract to the terms we wanted with her guidance and we ended up with our dream home at the price we were hoping for. It doesn’t get much better than that! Over a year later, every time I walk into my home I think about how happy we are and how much we love it. Molly will most definitely be our broker again when it's time to grow our family and our home."
